Found original manuscript of the Jamaica Letter in Ecuador

The President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro, informed that the original manuscript of the Jamaica Letter, written by Simon Bolivar, was discovered in Ecuador.
Venezuelan historian Pedro Calzadilla said that the document has an unpublished paragraph in Spanish, which had been ignored in its English translation.
“We have confirmed with the originals that are here in Venezuela, and this is a manuscript of the time, with all due conditions”, said Calzadilla.
So far, only was known the version published in the 19th century by Francisco Javier Yanez and Cristobal Mendoza. Venezuela will coordinate actions with the Republic of Ecuador for the letter to be exposed at a meeting of UNASUR in 2015, when will be celebrated 200 years of the publication of the historical document.
